  • For group reservations, please contact our reservations team for specific cancellation policies and terms as they may vary based on the size and nature of the group.

1.3 Restaurant Reservations:

  • We understand that dining plans can change. Therefore, we do not impose any cancellation charges for restaurant reservations. However, we appreciate timely communication if you need to modify or cancel your restaurant booking.

2. Refund Policy:

2.1 Room Reservations:

  • Refunds for room reservations are subject to the cancellation policy as stated above. Any applicable refunds will be processed in the original form of payment.

2.2 Restaurant Reservations:

  • No charges are applied for restaurant reservations, so no refunds are necessary for restaurant cancellations or modifications.

3. Reservation Modifications:

If you need to modify your reservation, such as changing your check-in or check-out date, please contact our reservations team at least 48 hours before your original check-in date to inquire about availability and any potential changes in room rates.
