Dooars Adventure
Dooars stands as a prominent destination for nature enthusiasts in India, nestled within the Himalayan foothills and the Brahmaputra River basin. Spanning approximately 350 kilometers from the Teesta River to the Dhansiri River, this region derives its name, “Dooars,” from the numerous doorways it presents—around 18 in total—connecting it with the neighboring kingdom of Bhutan.
